Building skills for today's classrooms.

Concordia's Education Department sets a high standard for excellence, not only for its faculty but for students in the program. Faculty nurture and mentor students through liberal arts experiences, preparing  them with more than the skills needed to build a solid curriculum. They are given perspective and insight into other essential qualities needed in classrooms today.
As students transition from our classrooms to their own, we aim to provide consistent, high-quality continued education for all K-16 professionals. This includes resources, training, events and connections to a strong peer community. Our focus is on collaborative sharing and implementing positive innovations in today's classrooms to ensure all students success in the future.

Teacher Talk! is a safe space to Communicate, Commiserate, Celebrate, & Connect with fellow teachers virtually.  All K-12 teachers are welcome to join. Save this time each month to come together and share both successes and frustrations... bring your classroom "wins" to share, questions to discuss and topics to collaborate on as a group.

Teacher Talk is a FREE virtual meet up the first Thursday of the month from 6:15 to 7:00 p.m. via Zoom starting October 7, 2021.
