Join us as an exhibitor or sponsor at the spring Social Work Conference on May 16-17, 2019!
The conference will draw licensed social workers, healthcare specialists and many human service professionals from across ND and MN together to focus on self-care for clients and in their own lives. We are seeking businesses and organizations to display their products and/or materials, or showcase services of interest to conference attendees. Examples include personal, physical and spiritual health, nutritional well-being, mindfulness and meditation, work-life balance, and focus on counseling, addiction or mental health, to name a few. This venue will provide an ideal forum to showcase your organization, products and/or services, and engage with attendees throughout the two-day program.
Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space is limited so apply early!
Exhibit booth consists of one 8’ x 8’ exhibit space with one draped 8’ table, two chairs and power, if needed. Brand exposure includes organization’s name listed on the conference website, in emails and print materials. Meal passes for two staff are included. Upon acceptance, you will receive an email with instructions the conference schedule, and an invoice for payment via PayPal.

Additional opportunities to promote your brand and stand out from your fellow exhibitors are available by sponsoring a portion of the event. Sponsors are an important element in conference success and provide participants with opportunities to increase networking, and make valuable connections with area businesses and organizations. As a sponsor, your organization's information will be displayed on monitors and in the welcome slides prior to the keynote address, and in the conference program.
