Coaching for Resilience

From striving to thriving

The right questions can crack open creativity, innovation and the best possible outcomes. Creating a spirit of curiosity can bring synergy to a "stuck" team and give them motivation and energy to explore new ideas. Learning specific coaching skills rooted in positive psychology will bring out the best in yourself and others, and encourage engagement, retention and purpose.

Summary

During the workshop, we will learn and practice basic coaching skills targeted at increasing our resiliency. This will serve as the framework to bring out the best in ourselves and others, and ignite engagement, retention and a strong sense of purpose. Using the research of Dr. Kristin Neff, Dr. Martin Seligman and other sourced research on positive psychology and effective coaching, participants will be given implementable tools to improve their own resiliency and support their teams to do the same.
