The 2019 Literacy Conference will focus on topics that directly relate to literacy instruction, coaching and leadership. Topics include reading, writing, diverse learners, comprehension, vocabulary, fluency, and others!

Breakout topics may include | Reading, writing, literacy coaching, oral language, comprehension, vocabulary, fluency, strategies for struggling readers, diverse learners, instructional technology, assessment, immersion and dual language and ELL.

6.0 CEUs will be awarded for attending the full conference.
Certificates will be awarded at the close of the conference to all participants.
The conference is equivalent to .5 undergraduate college credits (pass/fail EDUC-380 course). In order to receive a college transcript for attendance, please check the option to complete the Transcript Request Form during registration.

Check-in | Plan to arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 on June 20 to sign in (Centrum lobby), grab a cup of coffee and chat with your colleagues. If you plan to attend the Swap * Shop Breakfast, registration tables will be open at 7:00.
Swap * Shop Breakfast | Join us for hearty breakfast on June 20 at 7:30 in Knutson Campus Center's Jones A/B (optional). Come ready to share ideas and network with your peers and new friends! Select this option during conference registration.
Educational Vendors | A variety of educational businesses and resources will be on site to share their products and services that bring value to your classroom.
Instructional Technology Sandbox | Bring your device to this session to gather meaningful ways to integrate technology in your classroom! You will have an opportunity to experiment with a variety of technologies and collaborate with others about how to incorporate them in your teaching methods.
Cancellation Policy | Conference participants may cancel their registration up to 30 day prior to the conference on June 20. There will be a $25 cancellation fee, and the remainder of the registration cost will be refunded. Additionally, a participant may elect to transfer their registration to someone else if they cannot attend.
