The nine courses required for the Post Bacc Premed program are listed below, totaling 36 credits.
If you have fulfilled one or more of the course requirements listed here, please contact our admissions team regarding your eligibility to apply and possible substitution courses. Additionally, Pre-calculus is a prerequisite course for the program. It should be taken prior to enrollment. Depending on when you apply, there may be an option to take Pre-calculus at Concordia before the program begins. Please ask our admissions team about tuition for this course.
An on-campus orientation will take place during the second week of July.

Social Science Course | We highly recommend students take a social science course if they have not had one in more than five years, specifically Intro to Psych or Intro to Sociology as these subject are included on the MCAT. |
Calculus I |
It is highly recommended that students have Calculus I prior to applying for medical school. This course could be completed following your Post Bacc Premed program. However, in exceptional circumstances, or as a substitution course for students who have already completed one or more of the program requirements, it could be taken during your Post Bacc Premed year. If you are interested in completing Calculus I at Concordia, consult with our admissions team. |
