Admission to Concordia's Post Bacc Premed program is a highly selective process aligned with our consistent tradition of excellence. We look at a combination of strong academic records and standardized test scores that reveal a consistency in performance. Your motivation and enthusiasm for the medical profession will be considered along with your work history, volunteer activity and any experiences in health care. The letters of recommendation you provide during the application process will give us further insights into your aptitude, character and work ethic.

Eligibility |

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year U.S. institution
  

• A minimum undergraduate  GPA of 3.2 or better (minimum 3.0 in science coursework)
  

• Volunteer and/or work experience in the medical field is highly desirable

• Pre-calculus or equivalent must be completed before enrollment

• SAT or ACT scores *
  

* Standardized test scores are an indicator of a student's ability to take a rigorous exam, such as the MCAT. The MCAT will be used by medical schools to determine how well students will perform on national board exams required for licensure.

Previous Course Information |
Students who have completed 50% or more of the required courses are not eligible for our program. If you have completed one or more of the required courses, please contact our admissions team regarding your eligibility and substitution courses.

International Students |
US citizens living abroad are welcome to apply. Contact our admissions team with questions concerning eligibility. International students are not eligible for our program at this time.
